The Membership of GJCC shall be composed of persons 18 years of age or older, dedicated to the objectives as set forth in the Organizations Purpose.   Persons wishing to become a member of the Organization are entered as a General Member.
    
The length of membership shall be for a period of one-year, with an annual dues of  $50.00 per year.  The Fiscal Year of the Corporation  shall start on January 1^st and end on December 31 ^st.

The membership fee is "non-taxable".

Our membership application can be submitted on-line via email or printed and mailed with the membership fee of $50.00 to the center.  The address is on the application.

On Line Processing: The following message will appear when the form is open; select the appropriate email process  as shown below and click "OK"

The following screen appears, select: Done or save the PDF File to your desktop.

Select: "Create a New Data Set"  and type in Membership and the form will open up.
